My device only show power light forever.
I plug cable LAN but computer network not working, i do not know what to do with it.
I try connect via serial port but not Putty no display nothing.
I using window 10 and USB serial CH340.
Please help me

How recently was your serial connection working? Do you have another device to confirm the serial cable is definitely still working? I read another forum recently saying that some non-genuine cables stopped working after a windows update, perhaps that affected you too and only found that out now.
If the cable is definitely working, plug it into your router that isnt booting and then power cycle the router- may give further clues on whats wrong. Right now - cant think of anything else to suggest based on info youve provided.
