I believe this particular Layer 2 device, once killed, cannot be restarted. But what do I know? I was out gator-baitin' when they taught this in school...

Yeah, maybe true with standard ravens. But the 3-eyed raven has a very secure telepathic VPN protocol, making it worth the lack of flavor.
