Hi. I'm looking for advice where to get generic FW for Greenpacket OA335M outdoor 4G/LTE modem. The problem is that I have this modem with carrier branded FW and all settings are locked out in the web management interface. I can't change any settings, I can't update the FW, etc. It failed to establish connection with SIM card from other carrier. So with this FW it's basically useless. I tried contacting the carrier customer support however they refused to help. Then I contacted Greenpacket customer support and they didn't even respond. Can anyone provide me generic/unlocked FW or provide help where can I obtain such FW and a guide how to upload the FW (serial connection is probably the only way). I know that this is not an easy task, however it's worth trying.
I know that it's not supported. I already offered donation of this device for OpenWRT development however nobody responded. As I already mentioned, I already contacted Greenpacket customer support and they didn't even respond. Greenpacket doesn't have customer support forum. So I decided to give it a try to find help here, where can be found lots of people from this industry.
This forum is focused on OpenWrt and extends with basic/best-effort closely related topics (for example, setting up VLANs on an OpenWrt device and ensuring that the managed switch config matches). It isn't for general assistance with other firmware.
