But 4x easier to flash than the t-56

It is not that hard to open up + there are pins soldered for a serial connection. So for everyone who is a bit handy and who can follow instructions, it is a steal.
This discussion is however offtopic so let's resume the talk about the Flint 3.

are you using the 4.7 version?

No, I'm still on 4.6.6-op24, I'm gonna wait for 4.7.x-op24 because my setup it's way too stable right now to experiment with a beta with issues :call_me_hand:

But did you try open WRT firmware before on it?
If so, what is.your opinion about GL.inet firmware vs open WRT,

No I didn't, by the time I was thinking about it GL.iNet put out the op24 series so I went that route and didn't looked back.

Sometimes I just want to get something done the most convenient/easy/faster way and the GL.iNet app/interface do just that :call_me_hand:

It's highly limited, the setup I have right now is impossible to configure on their interface, even if it takes more time, I don't mind it. It's always nice to have the option to flash vanilla OpenWrt. But I agree to what you said.

I know so what's your point?

I was responding to a question I was made, so again what's your point?

Anyone attending CES 2025? Maybe get the answer about MT vs Qual?

Thought speculation based on naming convention and some other factors. Has the manufacture ever directly commented?

Yes, check GL.iNet forums

not to United Kingdom though :frowning:

they did have a fixed price for UK shipping when I bought mine (during BF), but it's been removed since then.

Looks like GL.iNet are offering Flint 3 for beta testing.
