GL-AR300M image selection

The GL.iNet GL-AR300M has four variants: lite, NAND, NOR, 16

How can i find out which image is the correct one? My device has two antennas. So I think the lite is not the right one.
On the device it only says "300M Smart Router".

So far I used openwrt-19.07.7-ar71xx-generic-gl-ar300m-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin.

There is:
openwrt-22.03.5-ath79-generic-glinet_gl-ar300m16-initramfs-kernel.bin
openwrt-22.03.5-ath79-generic-glinet_gl-ar300m-lite-initramfs-kernel.bin
openwrt-22.03.5-ath79-nand-glinet_gl-ar300m-nand-initramfs-kernel.bin
openwrt-22.03.5-ath79-nand-glinet_gl-ar300m-nor-initramfs-kernel.bin

Which image is the right one?

For my GL-AR300M-ext I successfully used the following image:


openwrt-22.03.3-ath79-nand-glinet_gl-ar300m-nand-squashfs-factory.img

  1. Probably NAND

    It is not clear to me what the statement is, because it is also written about a 300MD type.
    Probably I have a NAND device because in luci/overview it says:
  • Target Platform: ath79/nand
  • Model: GL.iNet GL-AR300M (NAND).

  1. image check faile
    When I flash openwrt-22.03.5-ath79-nand-glinet_gl-ar300m-nand-initramfs-kernel.bin I get this message:
    Image check failed:

  2. initramfs-mode
    After flashing I get the message System running in recovery (initramfs) mode.
    Settings are also gone after a reboot again

You're refering to the repository of GL.Inet, OpenWRT has its own repository, they are not identical.
