Git Actions for issues does not work sometimes

I'm seeing this, too. Maybe the bot is having trouble parsing the embedded code sections of the error report?

### Describe the bug When attempting to follow the steps [Upgrading the firmw…are from USB](https://openwrt.org/toh/openwrt/one#upgrading_the_firmware_from_usb) on an OpenWRT One device, the sysupgrade appears to be successful, but the front LED does not turn green at the end of the process. The system console shows the following error message: ```## Error: "led_loop_done" not defined``` I observed this behavior with both the latest snapshot, as well as the ```24.10.0-rc2``` release. Attach a serial terminal to observe the serial console 2. Follow the steps in [Upgrading the firmware from USB](https://openwrt.org/toh/openwrt/one#upgrading_the_firmware_from_usb) 3. The front LED remains red ### Actual behaviour The sysupgrade script errors out with the message ```## Error: "led_loop_done" not defined``` ### Expected behaviour At the end of the procedure, the green LED on the front should turn on. ### Additional info _No response_ ### Diffconfig _No response_ ### Terms - [X] I am reporting an issue for OpenWrt, not an unsupported fork.
