Hi Guys,
I am on OpenWrt, Getting very low signal strength of wifi. My ISP router covered whole home and around 2000 sq area. but its signal lost after 12-15 meters. How i can improve it. Please advise

First make sure the country code has been set on both radios. Set it to your actual country.

My experience with these is that they don't have a lot of wifi power to begin with, but it still should cover more than just one room. Any high performance setup will ultimately require multiple APs to cover a large area.

but it works only with official firmware. how i can do the same with OpenWrt ?

SSH in to the router and run cat /etc/config/wireless

Redact the passwords in the "option key" sections.

Post the results in preformatted text, by using the icon highlighted in red...

Yeah @frollic, but its not working as stock firmware with OpenWrt.

OpenWRT is not stock firmware, and requires more configuration.

As requested above, post your wireless configs.

Instructions on how to do so are posted above.

In LuCI: Network>Wireless>Edit (pick any of the SSIDs associated with a given radio)>Advanced>County Code
