Getting the current custom packages list question

Hello,

I ran in to a situation, where I have to clean flash.(Luci interface error “ Unhandled exception during request dispatching” - #5 by simtcrom)

Do I run below on existing router,

owut list

And put all those packages in https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/?target=bcm27xx%2Fbcm2711&id=rpi-4 to make a custom build?

Yes, that's the intended purpose for owut list, to provide the list of packages needed to use Firmware Selector when owut or the LuCI asu app are not functioning properly.
