I'm trying to build openwrt firmware using the latest master, but the package feeds are broken right now. Is there any way to use an older version of the feeds while still using the latest snapshot for openwrt?

The full git history is at your disposal.
Out-of-sync situations between buildroot and feeds are not a supported operation though, so expect to deal with any resulting breakage (at which point it would be more sensible to fix up the problems you seem to be experiencing, rather than going back in time, into old bugs).
