This sounds like your serial input to the router is not working. Check your serial adapter by connecting Tx and Rx together (not to a router). You should see what you type. Breaking the connection, you should not see what you type.

Besides checking the hardware, make sure the PC software is set for flow control None.

Thanks mk24 for this guide...

wireless can be enabled via console by typing:

uci set wireless.radio0.disabled=0
uci commit
reboot

I will try to make new flash images with actual Openwrt version.
a then test it into my router.

I changed the ip in the router to 192.168.20.1 but still the same is not connected

I have no idea, what's wrong in SWITCH settings after FACTORY RESET ...
..or first firmware flash ...

gustawa21, would you can edit /etc/config/network file ..?? (on router)
and add these lines:

config switch
        option name 'switch0'
        option reset '1'
        option enable_vlan '1'

config switch_vlan
        option device 'switch0'
        option vlan '1'
        option ports '0 1 2 3 6t'

config switch_vlan
        option device 'switch0'
        option vlan '2'
        option ports '4 6t'

and then try to restart network ...

/etc/init.d/./network restart

root@OpenWrt:/# vi /etc/config/network
