it would be really cool if someone could add a few things to the 7412 wiki page:
A) Update for the image link "OEM Firmware" throws HTTP error 500 at the moment.
"https://download.avm.de/fritzbox/fritzbox-7412/" points to the avm directory, where the oem image + recovery can be found.
It is solved like that on the Fritzbox 7430 wiki page, too. 
B) I successfully managed to install OpenWrt 24.10.4 on the 7412 including internet access but excluding vectoring support (yet).
It took me a while and gave me headaches to figure out that my ubuntu and arch linux ftp clients both were not able to log into the fritzbox 7412 adam2 bootloader.
I couldn't find a local ftp client inside the cloned openwrt repository, so I used the ftp client program provided in in freetz-ng/tools, which worked instantly to "quote SETENV linux_fs_start 0".
Sorry for pointing to a tool from another project, but I'm just happy it finally worked.
If there is a adam2-compatible ftp client inside the openwrt repository, please let me know.
->Can someone add a hint to the wiki, that only certain ftp clients seem to successfully log in to adam2, please?
C) I didn't immediately get, that "fritz_tffs_nand" is to be executed on the openwrt server after connecting to it via ssh. If someone could add a short hint in the wiki, that would be great.
