Forward traffic to different DNS server based on time

Hi all, I want to forward LAN traffic to a different DNS server (like openDNS) base on day and time. This is to implement a home work time for the kids. What i sthe best way of doing this?

If you want to secure your kids' browsing by using a family friendly nameserver, it would be better to keep the kids' devices in a separate network from the rest of the household, advertise them the special nameserver all the time, and optionally intercept the queries which try to avoid those nameservers.
