Hi,
I’m trying to use the “Customize installed packages” option on the OpenWrt Firmware Selector to build a minimal image for my device. However, after submitting the package list, the status stays on “Received build request” and doesn’t progress.
Here’s the list of packages I’m trying to include:
base-files ca-bundle dnsmasq-full dropbear firewall4 fstools kmod-gpio-button-hotplug kmod-leds-gpio kmod-mt7603 kmod-nft-offload libc libgcc libustream-mbedtls logd mtd netifd nftables odhcp6c odhcpd-ipv6only opkg ppp ppp-mod-pppoe swconfig uci uclient-fetch urandom-seed urngd wpad-basic-mbedtls kmod-mt76x0e luci
Device: TP-Link Archer MR200 v5
Version: OpenWrt 24.10.1
Is this a known issue, or am I doing something wrong?

I've been experiencing the same problem for the last 24 hours building on rpi4 and rpi5, 24.10.0 and 24.10.1.

Known issue, currently. It is discussed in these two threads:
SNAPSHOT+apk blocker list (for easy reference)
24.10 should be fully working as of 2024-11-27.
SNAPSHOT should be "working" as of 2024-12-10.
Transitions from opkg-based versions (24.10-or-earlier, and older SNAPSHOTs) to apk-based SNAPSHOT are still an issue. They will remain so, as there's no way to fix the older versions without actually updating them. If you are in this situation, please post below and we'll walk you through it.

We are happy to announce a new service, the OpenWrt Firmware Selector . It allows to easily find a firmware image for your device.
Feedback is welcome in this thread!
I'll close this thread since it's already covered elsewhere.
