Firewall trouble?

Hi, i'm using a fritboz 7530 openwrt 23.05.0 as a modem for internet connection with italian provider tim.
I' m using the modem with default configuration, neither port forwarding nor firewall rules configured.
It is just a modem, the gateway and the firewall (also with port forwarding) is configured on a mikrotik ccr.
If i type on a browser my_ip_adress:port with fritz it doesn't work (connection timeout)
If i type on a browser my_ip_adress:port with isp modem it works
Can i investigate further about what happens on fritzbox?

Simply mydns.zapto.org:12345
I have a dynamic address but i check that is updated.
If i swith the cables, dsl and lan, from fritz to h388x the port forwarding works.
