Once again digging into the settings of my router OpenWRT, I noticed that the firewall service is in a stopped state
/etc/init.d/firewall enabled stopped
The fact is that when I add new rules and do a reload service (not restart) rules successfully applied! So do I need to additionally use
service firewall start
the firewall.
