Firewall rule?

Hi, I have problem with firewall rule I can not block connection to Internet for one IP in LAN.

This is configuration of my rule can any one help me ?

Destination address should be empty or 0.0.0.0/0. Without the /0 suffix the rule would only match the literal destination IP 0.0.0.0 (which is invalid/unroutable).
