Firewall and PS4 (Failed)

I've been having some issues with my firewall and my playstation 4. Network traffic is working properly, the issue is that there is complications with the NAT. For example, I run a "connection test" and I receive a 'Failed'. I've also experienced being disconnected when having more than one console using an application.

Here's an output utilizing iptables -:L

Using default configs with UPNP that works, sometimes.
Any idea what may be the issue with my NAT.

You can only use one port for one consoles. If an same application running on each console tries to open the same port, one is going to fail.

There are no port forward rules in your configuration. You merely depend on miniupnpd.
Having multiple consoles should not be a problem, as when one port is used the router will allocate a different for the second console. Check if you are using the same username or something like that when you log in with the second console.

I think something was wrong with my access point. Which I was using as a switch. Anyways, I fixed it with some modifications to the switch and things are working properly. As I'm able to run a speed-test using the ps4 test connection and NAT Type is working as intended with "Type 2".
