Stuff happend.
I got a PR that is updaing my luci app. 
Looks nice!
I updated the opkg package feed with the newest luci and dawn version.
So opkg remove luci-app-dawn and then opkg update and okpg install luci-app-dawn, to upgrade only the luci app.
Further @anom3 gave me an important advice to improve 802.11v which I used to make a new PR:
And I created the already mentioned opkg package tree.
