4 hours ago I downloaded a fresh copy of the imagebuilder and used it to successfully build three different 5.15.92 images for three different WRT routers. Is seemed to be working then. Things are changing all the time and understandably so. Just gotta hit it the right time. I didn't work with the snapshot versions much until the broken switch problem showed up so still learning the ropes. When a lot of upgrades show up in the snapshot I get a little nervous now and do a complete rebuild in case something else has been found.

5.15.91 was just a bad build. You haven't done anything wrong. 5.15.92 is working good for me at the moment.
