You're looking for a firmware for an unsupported device.
It'd be up to you to create the support (assuming it's supportable), you're the person with the device on their desk.

Get something already supported.

Unisoc is not supported by open drivers Support ZTE F50 5G Pocket WiFi - UNISOC T820/T770/ T760(UMS9620)
Some people mashed together proprietary blobs to run some ubuntu-like stuff on such https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Category:Unisoc

There's a reason why you were told to return it ....

Alternative method is you convince unisoc to upstream all their blob sources. No chance to reverse-engineer them before device is technologically obsolete.
