As the title says. I would like to create an ethernet backhaul WDS access point. is it possible?
ie you want to connect two ethernets over wifi?
Why WDS? sounds more like relayd or gretap.

Please be a bit more specific. If you are able to connect via Ethernet to the upstream network, you don’t need any special configs - you set up a bridged ap.
If you need a wifi uplink/backhaul, it’s wds, relayd, or mesh (802.11s), depending on your other device (likely relayd) - this is less ideal, of course.
