I have question with symbol link /etc/TZ and etc/localtime. I have Luci set timezone to America/Los Angeles.
When router is running at 24.10.4, I noticed the link /etc/localtime does not work, so I installed the package zoneinfo-america, then /etc/localtime link works fine.
Yesterday I did Attended SysUpgrade to 24.10.6(I tried 25.12.1, however, it is missing two packages php8-mod-imap and php-perl-imap module, so I remain on 24.10.x). The upgrade already includes zoneinfo-america. I noticed /etc/localtime is working, however link /etc/TZ is not working.
I removed zoneinfo-america, then /etc/TZ is working but /etc/localtime is not working any more.
So, I am confused, /etc/localtime and etc/TZ cannot be both working?
