I am trying to complement my ssid multicast to unicast feature with igmp snooping on br-lan bridge. As i understand it, wifi interface would convert multicast traffic into unicast packet on air by sending it to every station connected to it. But with mld and igmp snooping on bridge, then it should send it to select station that asking for it via mld or igmp thus reducing multicast traffic on air even further. After enabling this however, station device cant find any mdns local domain, confirm via bonjour browser on HE Network tools. Is there anyway for restoring mdns traffic with IGMP & MLD snooping enabled ?
