Enable wifi driver in kernel -> no wifi device (TP-Link TL-WR1043ND v2)

Hello.
All has began here and then bug was opened.
Short: TP-Link TL-WR1043ND v2 and usb2 wifi adapter supported by ath9k-htc driver, problem with "country code" values in each device.
Now I decide to try make self build with both wifi drivers included in kernel (not as loadable modules) to get experience and maybe some additional information for bug mentioned above.
I done all necessary steps as described at here and here. I took config.buildinfo from official build as described here.
I started make kernel_menuconfig and enable ath9k / ath9k-htc drivers as <*>. After that, I started make menuconfig and disabled these drivers. Also I disabled all <M> marked packages/modules as I don't need local package repository for my testing.
When I flashed the build to router, I faced that there's no wifi devices in system.
