In LuCi, System, Software, Update lists, Updates, are ther no updates showing up to be installed ?
I had two sets of updates in the last week, totaling nearly 40 packages...
As for the radios running full power, see my first post :
I fixed a few issues upgrading to EA8300 running 19.07.3 with radios at full power.
What can I say other that it worked for me and it fixed a few real Wi-Fi issues I had...
