E-lins H720Tw-W dual sim 4G with ZTE_ME3760 and Ericsson_F5521GW

Hello,

I own a H720Tw-W dual sim router produced by E-lins with ZTE_ME3760 and Ericsson_F5521GW and I have a lot of issues with it's performance and stability.
Can I install LEDE on it?
This router uses linux as the operating system.

I'm using the "H700_V2.5.16_20170313" firmware which fixed some bugs but I have a problem with the Link Backup failover connection.
I use static IP with 4G cell1 only for backup link.
Every time the wan cable is unplugged the router take a lot of time to switch to 4G backup(5 minutes).
Also when connected to 4G and WAN becomes available it also takes a lot of time to switch back to main connection(static ip).The 4G ZTE modem has signal (4 bars 137) so I guess that the problem is related to the settings from the operating system of the router.

Is there any chance I can edit the some config inside the linux os to speed up the failover connection?
