I want to configure my Archer C7 Openwrt router as a Dumb access point.
The main router IP address is 192.168.1.1.
After factorty resetting the openwrt router, I follow this guide

However I cannot get the openwrt router to have internet access. It can reach the main router (i.e. ping 192.168.1.1 works) but it cannot reach the internet (i.e ping 8.8.8.8 fails), even though I have set the gateway to 192.168.1.1 in the LAN interface.
Attached screenshots with my configuration. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

can't see anything that stands out
need to check gateway for interface under Status page
I always make my access points a DHCP client myself

Let us have a look at the configs
ssh into router: Putty, WinSCP, other and paste these command, then copy/paste them back using the "Preformatted Text" button.

this is a striped down script i use on v21 & v22 devices
run this after a factory reset in SSH & then you will need to find the device's ip
I reserve an address in my router
if your device still has a switch you can change the vlans later
