I am currently running OpenWrt 24.10.0 on a Raspberry Pi 5 and have configured two WAN interfaces, both using PPPoE with different providers. However, I am encountering an issue where, after a reboot, neither WAN interface connects automatically.
The system logs show repeated PADI discovery timeout errors until I manually unplug one of the WAN interfaces. Once the first interface comes online, I can then reconnect the second interface, and it successfully establishes a connection as well.
It appears that both interfaces attempting to connect simultaneously may be causing a conflict, but I am unsure how to resolve this. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or is there a recommended way to ensure both PPPoE connections establish automatically upon startup?
