Replace dnsmasq with unbound + odhcpd and be able to implement DoT.
How do I access OpenWrt via the domain name? I can only access through the ip address 192.168.1.1.
My dnsmasq settings don't exist.
I appreciate all the help.

Configure it in unbound...you replaced dnsmasq.
With the default configuration recommended at DoT with Unbound it is possible to access the page by entering only the hostname followed by a dot ex(http://openwrt.), if you want access using the complete fqdn, it is necessary to change to "4" the value contained in "option add_local_fqdn" in the file /etc/config/unbound
