Doesn't get any serial output via USB TTL on RBR750

I had opened RBR750’s case, On th pcb board, there was a 4-pin port, connect with a USB-TTL transfer, no message on putty. 115200 8n1

reverse Rx and Tx pins ?
checked voltage ?
didn't connect Vcc ?

I use ttl to my orbi rbr750, I can use my compiled uImage to tftpboot, But after I flash with factory image, there has an error, how to fix this? can anyone help me
