Does OpenWRT support Speedport W925V?

Dear all,

does anyone, by chance, know, if the Telekom Speedport W 925V is supported by OpenWRT?
I inherited one from my mom and would like to use it as a WiFi client, which the official firmware does not support.
I did not find it in in the T-Com devices list. The latest device seems to be Speedport W921V. I found a (German) hardware description here.

Any hints and help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Mirko

Hard to guess, firmwares are scrambled, lancom is puma (x86 atom) or broadcom. Can you safely open the case and peek inside at PCB-s?

In any case, it requires someone who has the device to do the research and add support. I am not sure whether there are multiple variants like Typ A, Typ B etc, but there is some info here about one of them here:

Question is whether the Wi-Fi is Lantiq/Intel/MaxLinear. If it is, then I think there is no point in proceeding further, because there are no open source Wi-Fi drivers at this point.

Yeah, I saw that too. What a pity.

I will see what I can do...

If I can open it, I'll post the info.
