When will it be available?
openwrt-22.03 has just branched off, it's not released yet, there is no -rc out either - not even the build infrastructure has been set up for this new branch at this point. Patience you must have, my young padawan. That said, the source is there - you can always build it yourself.

Actually I was hoping to get an approximate date. Will it be released when rc1 comes out? Is it a day, a week or a month from now?
It will be there and announced when it's ready, not earlier, not later.
