I'm new to OpenWrt. When installing the firmware to my AX3600, the first step is to use ubiformat the initramfs-factory.ubi and then sysupgrade squashfs-sysupgrade.bin. However, when there's an update or building the firmware, these two files always exist. I searched the forum, and YouTube shows that I just need to flash the squashfs-sysupgrade.bin, which always works just fine for me, but I just wonder if I really need to reinstall the initramfs-factory.ubi cause it always provided when building the firmware or update.
if you're already running openwrt, just use the sysupgrade image.
