Do I need to let the flash memory plugged in always to the mini pc after installing openwrt
When the mini pc already have 32Gb of storage ?

OpenWrt doesn't "install" itself like a desktop OS. So you're running the file system from the flash drive now, not the internal drive at all. It would need to stay plugged in.

You can copy OpenWrt manually to the internal memory. If the BIOS supports legacy boot you can just dd it to the raw drive.
