Do I need these 2 firewall traffic rules

I have two unnamed rules and don't know where it came from. Do I need this? What is this for? What should I do?

These are default rules for allowing established ESP and IKE connections which are needed for IPsec VPN. You can drop them if you do not need/use IPsec.
