Dnsmasq-full and odhcpd-ipv6only

Hi,
I am confused about dnsmasq-full and odhcpd-ipv6only. If I compile the dnsmasq-full package into the firmware, it will provide a DHCPv6 Server, then do I need odhcpd-ipv6only package?
