Dnscrypt-proxy dnscrypt-proxy Unable to retrieve server certificates

Hi. Today (1 oct 2021) i faced some problems with dnscrypt-proxy.

Fri Oct  1 12:39:09 2021 daemon.info dnscrypt-proxy[7083]: dnscrypt-proxy Refetching server certificates
Fri Oct  1 12:39:24 2021 daemon.err dnscrypt-proxy[7083]: dnscrypt-proxy Unable to retrieve server certificates

So dns don't work.
Looks like most part of encrypted dns using LE.

Problem's root: https://letsencrypt.org/docs/dst-root-ca-x3-expiration-september-2021/

Solution:
opkg install libopenssl1.1

After that all works fine.
