Dnscrypt proxy 2, not working

hi,

I have the last build, 19.07.5 and I have the latest dnscrypt version, dont know why, but when I test my dns, I see the servers from TOML config file but I can see my provider dns servers too, before the dnscrypt update to 2.0.44, it was not that... look my log, we can see the servers, it seems ok? idea?

LuCI > Network > DHCP and DNS > Resolv and Hosts Files > Ignore resolve file > Check > Save & Apply
