DNS problems since upgrading to 23.05, with WireGuard VPN

Hi, I'm on SNAPSHOT r23422-e0fb38f4ee and I'm having the same issue; dns requests seem to fail and I require reloading the page, sometimes one time, sometimes 2 or 3.

I'm using wireguard vpn, I thought that it was my vpn, so I switched servers and all do the same. Now I find this thread and I'm suspecting that it could be openwrt.

I've moved your post into a new thread because I suspect it is not going to be the same issue as was in the original thread.

First and foremost, though:

Why snapshot and not stable release build? Is there a specific reason you need/want to be running snapshot?? Sometimes there can be bugs that are related to the fact that snapshot is bleeding edge.

That said, you may be experiencing VPN related issues -- I'd recommend disabling your VPN and then see if DNS resolution works.

And, without more details, we can't really help. So let's see your configs:

Please connect to your OpenWrt device using ssh and copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </> " button:
grafik
Remember to redact passwords, MAC addresses and any public IP addresses you may have:

ubus call system board
cat /etc/config/network
cat /etc/config/wireless
cat /etc/config/dhcp
cat /etc/config/firewall

OK, you were right it was (is) a VPN failure. Turns out that all the connections I've tried were from the same country after all it seems... changed to another country and it works. Bad memory I suppose.

I've also upgraded to the latest stable, I didn't wanted to before, because it was a bit of a trouble to set it up again; but I was surprised how much work was put into the upgrade mechanics of Openwrt and that now I can choose to keep all my configs; I upgraded the router in 5 minutes and when it booted up, it was working as if nothing happened. Kudos to the developers.

Thanks!

Sorry problem still here. All countries have the same issues after all.
