DNS HTTPS Proxy, CPU load increase then no Internet

Installed EA8300 19.07.7 on MR8300, kept up to date, I have to stop DNS HTTPS Proxy and restart because CPU load increases to past 2 almost to 3, normal load is between 0.03 to 0.5, and I loose access to Internet, upon restarting CPU load goes back to normal and Internet is restored. I changed through several DNS proxy servers, doesn't fix.

This is happening on a regular basis, sometimes several times a day, took me a while to pinpoint the issue, which wasn't present in 19.07.6.

Anybody else having same or fix ?

Similar issue has been reported: https://github.com/openwrt/packages/issues/11410

The upstream maintainer's reply:

The DNS error you posted suggests that the bootstrap DNS resolution is
failing (dns_poller.cc, line 66). That shouldn't happen intermittently
unless you have a very very flaky network. More likely some of the DNS
server entries aren't working.

Neve had problem with 19.07.6 on same very very flaky network...
