DNS HTTPS Proxy - Canary Domains Mozilla=1 not working?

Installing and Using OpenWrt

https-dns-proxy.config.canary_domains_mozilla='1' isn't working for me.
Firefox browser with DOH set in the browser doesn't use router DNS.

Reboot the device with the browser.
