Dns forwarding issue - adguard dns

Hey users,
i need simple configuration about dnsmasq(archer c6).
i setup-ed adguard home on raspberry pi 4 (external server), i want to force local dns request to rpi4, but sometimes rpi4 unavailable which makes internet unavailable.

what i want to configure:
force local dns request to rpi4, also whenever rpi4 is unavailable request forward to default wan dns.

currrent config:
lan->dhcp->advance->'6,192.168.68.21' :slightly_smiling_face:

archer c6 - 192.168.68.1
rpi4 - 192.168.68.21

And another IP after the 1st DNS IP, separated by a comma.

But, you can't really control which DNS your clients will use. Most will pick the 1st one, but there's no real guarantee...
