DL-WRX36 slow WAN speed

I received a box today. The WAN speed is very slow on my 400 MBits line. I get only 90 MBits. WAN linkspeed is 1000 MBits. I have the Openwrt version r22176

The speed via WLAN is around 330 MBits. The network interface LAN1 to LAN 4 only gets 100 MBits. When trying to set the speed via ethtool, it does not work. It can't be due to the cable.

The speed seems constrained by other factors to me.

My WRX36 can max out the 2.5Gb wan interface, and the 1Gb interfaces easily. With either OEM firmware and OpenWrt.

Can you share how your router is connected when tested?

I have connected the router to a cable router via WAN (400/12 Mbits). My PC via LAN is connected via a LAN port. With the same cable I get 1000 MBit/s on the WAN port. What information do you need for this ?

Is your old router still around? Can you connect your old routers WAN port to your WRX36's lan port and see at which interface speed it will connect?

I will wait for more experience contributors here to help you collecting details to troubleshoot.

To me, my first question will be why those 1Gb LANs only connected with 100Mb interface speed.

Add my logread output when cables are connected to 1Gb and 2.5Gb interface:
