How to disable LAN and WAN indicators?

There are all the indicators except these
There's an open issue on Github for this.
Those are hardware-controlled for now.
I've seen it. This problem is stopping me from switching to OpenWrt
Well, there's a workaround mentioned in there somewhere. The problem now seems to be that making the LEDs software-controlled would cause increased CPU usage and potentially make things unstable. The workaround using mdio-tools seems to disable the triggers, so the CPU usage shouldn't increase.
I personally wouldn't hold my breath for this feature to make it into a release soon.
