Just a quick query regarding the design of the LuCI UI in the 24.10 Stream.
When navigating to Network → Interfaces → LAN → Edit → DHCP → General Setup, selecting “Ignore Interface” disables IPv4 DHCP. Could you please confirm whether this also disables IPv6 DHCP? (My understanding is that it does not.)
I’m aware that to fully disable IPv6 services, one needs to go to the IPv6 Settings tab and manually set RA-Service, DHCPv6-Service, and NDP-Proxy to “disabled.”
If that’s the case, might it be possible to consider adding a combined “switch” under the General Setup tab in a future release? It would make the process of disabling both IPv4 and IPv6 DHCP much more straightforward.
