Option 66 does work for me with a numeric IP. It is supposed to also work with a name but I've never tried that. As you don't have anything related to option 66 in the native file it appears that OpenWrt didn't parse it.

The plot thickens here as I have been testing 22.03 on a few devices and I can't get any dhcp_option to work at all on the x86_64 build. It does work properly on MT7622.
No matter what I try, I can't seem to get option 66 to go out I am applying it in the GUI by the way, option 6 and 160 do get sent though.
