Device with failover between sim1 and sim2

The last post was July 2020, i need to have failover between SIM1 and SIM2 and supports for vlan on the same router.
I have apu3b4 pc engine with openwrt, but i need to configure this logic from scratch.

Do you suggest any good router (based on Openwrt) that supports automatic failover between sim1 and sim2 using the same lte modem?
