Device tags: ordering and some cleanup

Hi, I think it would be a good idea to make some ordering of tags following a few basic rules. Example of ordering, first tag will be the more relevant

  1. Target, eg: mvebu, brcm63xx, ralink...
  2. SoC or subtarget: armada380, bcm63268, rt3052...
  3. Flash size: 512nand, 32flash, 8flash ...
  4. Mem size: 512ram, 64ram, 32ram...
  5. All other tags

E.g:
mvebu armada380 128flash 512ram 802.11ac 802.11abgn detachableantenna 2ant usb3.0

These basic rules will go to the https://openwrt.org/meta/tags page with the title "Ordering tags".

Also almost useless tags like the manufacturer could be deleted. It is too generic tag and the target already has implicit the manufacturer. E.g delete Marvell, Broadcom, Mediatek, Ralink...

There are more "noisy" tags that could be deleted not listed it the tags page. They are almost irrelevant, E.g arm926ej-s -> too specific and nobody knows what this tag means.

Good idea!
Feel free to add those rules to https://openwrt.org/meta/tags and adapt the devicepages accordingly. If you need help, please let me know.
