Error during the update to 19.07.

Although the page exists.
In fact only a handful of devices have the Device page linked in the toh. Did something happen?

Still not done yet, since I focused on checking ar71xx/ath79 yesterday.
I think I'm through with checking now and will add the missing datafields over the weekend.

In the meantime, should someone search a devicepage: Devicepages can be found via the wiki search

FYI - The ToH will soon (30min) be back to normal operation, including all datafields.
