Device is connected to 2 wwan simultaneously

I noticed that my Macbook Pro use two wwan network simultaneously. Sometimes it's connect to 5GHz, sometimes it use 5 and 2.4 GHZ.
Occasionally this bug may be cause connection issue:

It doesn't surprise me (and I've seen evidence) that a "smart" device authenticates to multiple APs on the same SSID to prepare for roaming, especially if on the same channel.

Yep i forget make a notice that this two APs has the same name.
How i can prevent this behavior?

I have never seen any ill effects of it. Unless you have a tangible problem, I'd leave it alone.

That seems normal, even desirable behavior, why is it an issue?

i suspected that it's a cause my phone to jump to wlan with 2.4GHz. Okay maybe i'm wrong.
Just didn't expect such behavior.

Phones and other clients are responsible for determining which AP to connect to, not the APs. Some have "good" algorithms, others, well, not so good.

If you want to "force" 5 GHz, then name your SSIDs differently and select in the client (phone) the one you want (and disable the other, as it may still "roam" over to the other one).
